All the races play differently and feel fresh, my only con I can think of is the fact you only play as the space marines in campaign mode and never get to see the other side of the story, but this set has the expansions that allows you to experience all the races. I'm a big RTS fan, and DOW does not disappoint. If anything, this game improves on some of the flaws in other popular RTS games and the fact that the resource management is kept at a minimum and speeds the production of units and gets you in the battle within minutes.
because the idiots at THQ published the wrong install code on the back of the manual and it won't load.
I highly recommend this game. Good graphics and great sound. This was my first experience with The Dawn of War Series and it is a lot of fun. It plays like any RTS game but with more units and more armies.
Move over warcraft. We need more games like this. All the Warhammer games are amazing. Great graphics, endless hours of fun, great leaders and units, lots of time well spent.
If you liked starcraft w/expansion this game is for you. It has better balance and the voices will make you laugh out loud.
